Ingredients

1 packet Tropical Paradise Dip & Dessert Mix
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup maraschino cherries, chopped
½ cup shredded coconut (optional)
½ cup sliced almonds, chopped

Instructions

Combine Tropical Paradise Dip & Dessert Mix with cream cheese and chopped maraschino cherries; mix well. Cover and refrigerate until firm and form into a log. Roll in shredded coconut and chopped nuts. Serve with crackers or cookies.
